Promise Date Doesn’t Mean Much

I visited Springfield, MO Visionworks on May 9. I ordered two pair of glasses. I thought the price was good and hope I will be pleased with the glasses. The promise date on the glasses was May 23. I am now being told my glasses will be available on June 14. I understand delays may happen sometime, but there should be some type of compensation for this type of delay. I am told there is not. Don’t order from Visionworks if you must have the glasses in a timely manner.

Organized an appointment three weeks out for the Neptune NJ location. Showed up at 9am and my online paperwork was not accepted . Doctor was not there and no one knew when the doctor would be in. Usually arrives after 9:30am. Font desk person was not mean but very unhelpful or interested with my concerns. I arrived at 8:58 and she would not open the door until 9… I left at 9:15 knowing if I waited I would arrive at my work closer to 11am. Not what I wanted. Back To School Eye Exam With Visionworks & Lets Go See Program

With back to school season here, its time for an annual eye exam for the kids. Getting an eye exam is so important not only so they can see but for their health. My kids and I recently visited Visionworks for our eye exams before school starts and I cannot rave how much I love our local Visionworks.

Not only is it easy to get an appointment in but the staff is so friendly and most glasses can be ready the same day. At first we started with the eye exam that took about 20-30 minutes to find out if our prescription has changed.

When we were finished with the exam we got our prescriptions and went to the huge selection of glasses for men, women, and kids. Sales may vary by location but ours had buy one, get one free equal or less value which was a great deal for multiple glasses needed.

Each of my kids picked out their new glasses for the school season and were ready within a few hours. So we were able to go have lunch and come back and pick them up so there was no need to make another appointment to come back for pickup which makes it convenient.

Visionworks is finishing its first annual Lets Go See initiative to raise awareness for the importance of annual eye exams in school-aged children. In addition to educating parents, Visionworks committed to giving away 10,000 vouchers for free eye exams and glasses for children in need.
